Six specific objectives guide the operation of the areas and thematic lines. Each objective is met through one or more areas and is realized in the lines.

Through personalized itineraries that integrate interests, talents, and living conditions with the program's training, educational, and labor routes. It is met through Area 3 and realized in the four thematic lines.
In three phases: reception, active training, and consolidation, involving the young person, their support network, and their community. It is met through Area 3 and the graduation plan.
Through the thematic lines, articulating developed capacities with real opportunities in the labor market, the creative economy, or the digital sector. It is met through Area 4.
Linking the young person with meaningful bonds that expand their possibilities of social insertion and comprehensive well-being. It is met through Areas 2 and 5.
To close cycles, build identity, strengthen emotional well-being, and consolidate life projects based on responsibility and independence. It is met through Area 2.
From each thematic line, contributing to the self-sustainability of the model and the development of transferable productive competencies. It is met through Area 4.
Guarantee the minimum well-being conditions: housing, food, health, and emergencies so the young person can focus on their training and insertion process.
Provide sustained emotional accompaniment through psychosocial assessment, individual and group psychotherapy, collective care spaces, and a personalized psycho-emotional plan.
Strengthen educational autonomy, the life project, and the progressive graduation plan through comprehensive tutoring, the Independent Life School, and vocational guidance.
Facilitate incorporation into the world of work through employment workshops, vocational assessment, alliances with the private sector, internships, and access to technical certifications.
Each area is deployed in a differentiated way across the four thematic lines, ensuring that accompaniment reaches all young people with the depth their trajectory requires.

Up to 12 participants per line (residents and external). Open community of practice, not a closed classroom.
One specialized leader per line (4 in total), responsible for the training purpose, productive projects, and articulation with partners.
Psychologist and social worker who mainstream Area 2 across all lines.
Network of external mentors linked by thematic line for labor insertion, projects, and vocational exploration.
Program coordinator responsible for inter-institutional articulation, trajectory monitoring, and strategic resource management.
Articulate inter-institutional efforts with ICBF, the education sector, health, and international cooperation. Includes a partner map, legal-administrative accompaniment, and individualized monitoring.
