1. About the program
The UNED devoted an episode of its series on public participation to the participatory experiences of the Association of Graduates of the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare (ICBF). The program looks at how those who grew up under the state protection system organize today to influence alternative care policies and defend the rights of children, adolescents and young people in Colombia.
